Mark Archival is a close friend, we become more acquainted when I entered the online job business. He is one of the trusted people in TryBPO Outsourcing company based here in Davao City.

So I decided to ask people that I know in BPO business about their experience in this field, and to start of, I asked Mark to fill in the commonly asked questions to a BPO person:

1. How long have you been in the service?
-  2 years   10 months   29 days and counting

2. What position did you start?
-entry level linkbuilder and lead researcher

3. What tasks are you responsible with?(just make it general for discretion)
-As of now I'm not really doing hands-on SEO stuffs anymore. I was "promoted" to handle/manage higher-level seo support/infrastractures. Isn't that great?

4. What makes home-based and office-based job different?
-On a homebased job, you can enjoy the convenience of working on your own pace and at your own time while watching your favorite TV show (it's multitasking!) less the commuting traffic, seeing your boss' face, and playing office politics which are normal on an office-setting.

5. What is the best part of being an an SEO specialist?
-The best part of being an seo specialist is that every trial-and-error is a learning process. IT's basically a game versus the search engine and internet marketers..and I'm enjoying it!

6. The biggest challenge of your job?
-Understanding what's on Google's mind.
